Matt's Experiment Music LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website and sells the Experimenter VST plugin software. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you visit our site, make a purchase, or interact with us.
Information We Collect
- Contact information you provide, such as your name and email address (account creation, subscribing to updates, contacting support).
- Payment and transaction information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers. Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy policy.
- Technical and usage data, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs.
- Analytics data via Google Analytics, including approximate location, device type, and on-site behavior. Google may process this data under its own privacy policy. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

- Account and contact data: retained while your account is active, plus 3 years.
- Transaction records: retained 7 years to comply with tax and commercial law.
- Analytics data: retained per Google Analytics' default retention settings, or as configured in our account.
We delete or anonymize data once it's no longer needed for these purposes.
